Grassroots Recruiting

We start our recruitment in the communities we know to find employees we can depend on. Our representatives want to make connections with the communities we know. We host local events and encourage community engagement at job fairs, local business, and community centers.

Mobile Hiring Work Center

We are implementing our new Mobile Hiring Work Center in all of our markets of operation to improve our grassroots recruiting process. We are excited to partner with local housing complexes and churches. Our hiring center is the first of its kind, and we believe it will allow us to employ reliable and committed talent.

Flexible Labor Management (FLM)

The FLM program includes tools and strategies that help reduce costs, improve quality, and achieve productivity output goals. We successfully retain experienced employees by continuously providing them with support, incentives, and advancement opportunities.
