With 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, Oscar is a seasoned executive known for his deep operational expertise and strategic leadership. Krasi Ivanov

VP of Finance

Krasi is a results-oriented finance executive with over two decades of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and strategic business leadership. As Director of Finance at Workforce Brokers LLC, Krasi oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, helping drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Krasi’s career spans progressive roles at leading public accounting firms such as Mauldin & JenkinsBrady Ware & Company, and Holland Shipes Pennix LLP, where he specialized in financial reporting, tax compliance, and process improvement for diverse industries. He brings a hands-on, analytical approach to every challenge-balancing strategic insight with practical execution.

Earlier in his career, Krasi managed finance and operations teams in both the hospitality and corporate sectors, experiences that strengthened his ability to lead with clarity, develop high-performing teams, and maintain disciplined financial controls in dynamic environments.

Krasi holds a business degree from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and is passionate about building efficient financial systems, empowering teams, and driving long-term organizational success through integrity and accountability.

Miro Boyanov

Chief Operations Officer

Miroslav Boyanov serves as Chief Operating Officer of Workforce Brokers, bringing over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, with deep specialization in logistics, warehousing, and light industrial workforce solutions.

Throughout his career, Miro has led large-scale operations supporting distribution centers, fulfillment hubs, and warehouse environments across multiple markets. Mihaela Kmetska

Compliance Manager

Being a true jack-of-all-trades, Mihaela’s humble beginnings as a recruiter within the company quickly blossomed into a multifaceted role. As our Compliance Manager, she not only carries out vital responsibilities but also ensures that all work is performed at the highest level. She utilizes her keen intellect, many years of experience, and sharp attention to detail to ensure our company consistently meets and exceeds its high standards of operation and compliance.

Mihaela’s duties include ensuring that company activities remain within industry guidelines, regulations, and ethical expectations, as well as monitoring business operations and reporting any infractions. She is a dedicated team player who is always willing to assist and train her colleagues. Nikolay Jelev

Operations Manager

With over 15 years of experience in staffing and logistics, Nikolay Jelev brings a versatile background spanning warehousing, food service, and event management. He provides comprehensive operational solutions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

In his current role, Nikolay oversees company logistics, including IT equipment deployment and installation, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Warehouse / 3PL Director of Operations

With over 22 years of experience in warehouse management and third-party logistics (3PL), John Sierra is dedicated to optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

In his role, John oversees all aspects of warehousing operations, from inventory management to distribution logistics, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate service. His strategic mindset and focus on continuous improvement allow him to implement innovative solutions that streamline operations and reduce costs. Luis Valdez

Food and Service Event Manager
